Warming Up
Establishing correct breathing and posture to ensure proper practise. Also includes basic stretching exercises which help constitute a comprehensive warm-up routine.
Main Yoga Workout
The workout can be done straight after "The Sun Salutation" or as a main workout in its own right. Feel the advantages of better breathing, flexibility and overall fitness, while performing the classic yoga postures, such as The Plough, The Lion, The Cobra, The Child and The Cat & Dog.
Waking Up to Yoga
The classic yoga sequence " The Sun Salutation" - taught step-by-step!
Warming Down
Helping the body to register all of the good features achieved from the workout. This section will also still the mind and prepare you for the rest of the day.
