Upper Body follows Howard as he takes you through an intensive 30 minute workout.
A series of concentrated Yoga moves to stretch out and target the shoulders, chest, neck, upper back and front up to the head.
The exercises open up the chest through work on the upper spine and release tension throughout. The inner organs are worked on and strengthened - this is your core strength, which will help to improve postural alignment. Aesthetically, because your posture improves so will your body shape, movement and confidence.
The routines can be done either standing or sitting. They are ideal for office based and/or sedentary lifestyles where tension builds up across the neck and shoulders throughout the day.
The whole sequence includes many stretches not normally included in yoga classes and are suitable for most levels.
