Postage is calculated by a set nominal handling and packaging fee. No Quibble Return You may return any product to us within fourteen days of purchase without giving any reason. Provided that the product is returned, postage paid, in a re-saleable condition with the immediate packaging intact. If
the item was despatched sealed in cellophane, then the item must be
returned unopened (cellophane not removed). If the cellophane has been
removed, then the item is deemed to be used and is unsellable, A refund
can not be offered in this situation. This does not apply for damaged
and defective products. See below for further information. We will offer you the option of either a credit be used against another purchase or a refund by the method the payment was made. You will be either charged or refunded the difference in price between your new purchase and the value of the original purchase as appropriate.
