By accepting these terms and conditions you are forming a contract with us and agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below. References to “you” and “your” are to you as an individual. You must provide accurate and complete account & shipping information, and it is your responsibility to update us of any changes (including your email address).

Upon registering we shall issue you with a user ID and password. You are responsible for the security and safety of your user ID and password.

You are responsible for all use made of you user ID and password, including preventing any unauthorised use of your user ID and password.

If you believe there has been any unauthorised use of your user ID, you must notify us immediately by contacting us via email or telephone.

We endeavour to remedy faults in the services including technical faults and downtime of the website with minimal disruption.

Images of products on the site are for illustrative purposes; actual products may differ from such images.

Our Guarantee

All goods purchased from us are covered by our 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return any goods you must contact us first.

A full refund shall be issued on receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to deduct postage expenses.

You must return items within 14 days in a new and unused condition.

Where a product has a security seal or is wrapped in cellophane, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken, or the cellophane has been removed. This does not apply to broken or damaged items.

We reserve the right to levy a 10% restocking fee for all returns.

We will replace items that have manufacturers faults on receipt of the faulty goods. We recommend sending any returns with a tracked service such as Royal Mail Tracked delivery. We will refund all postage costs for returning faulty products. If we do not receive the faulty item, then we are unable to process a refund claim.

Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is unavailable. Refunds are in the form of a credit to your account.

General

Prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
