Hi everyone!

When we were in the Big Brother House, we had the bestest time ever, but sometimes there there wasn't much to do. We sat around and got a bit out of shape and needed to tone up. So we thought it would be great to do our own Fitness DVD - and here it is!

It's the most fun and energetic dance workout around, and we promise it'll be anything but boring.

Just like you, we both have to work to keep fit but we always make sure we're laughing and dancing at the same time. This workout is split into two sections that you can do at your own pace, on your own or with friends. There's a fresh and fun dance aerobics section and a funky box aerobic session.

The workouts are designed to be easy to follow but also effective in fat burning and body toning. You'll be dancing away those pounds and seeing results before you know it.

There's also a chill-out zone so you can cool down and relax after working up a sweat... and the whole thing is super-pink and set to a really girly soundtrack too.

It's dead good! We love it, and we're sure you'll love it too!
