Here it is.... my new dance workout.Its great fun and it really does work. Since giving birth to my son Bobby. I've managed to drop down two dress sizes. We all want to keep fit and look good, but it's hard to stick to a boring regime. That's why I asked Paulette Minott to come up with a fun and effective workout that I can do anywhere. Paulette is on of the country's top choreographers and has worked with Victoria Beckam, Mis-teeq and many more.This programme has three sections: a warm-up, the dance routines and a cool down.
The dance routines are the fun bit.
