Nancy Marmorat, a graduate from the prestigious Irene Popard School of Dance in Paris, teaches dance, stretching and keep fit exercises. She has prepared this workout set to Latin music to improve co-ordination and stimulate the Cardio-vascular system.

Hotlegs Workout

Penny Lancaster teaches you all you need to know to get into great shape and stay that way. The routine is an aerobic, "cross-training" circuit, with interval training levels for any age and fitness level. Split into easy to follow sections, you will benefit from improved muscle strength, and of course the feel good factor!

Lower Body Yoga

Lower body yoga targets the lower torso. The majority of exercises are floor based and therefore better suited to the home environment. Howard stretches the lower body via a sequence of postures governed by the hips, benefiting all those who suffer from bad lower backs, sciatica or stiffness in the legs.

Upper Body Yoga

Upper body follows Howard as he takes you through a series of concentrated Yoga moves to stretch out and target the shoulders, chest, neck, upper back and front up to the head. The exercises work on the upper spine and release tension, which will also help to improve postural alignment.
