Yoga can help in treating fibromyalgia, arthritis, high blood pressure, insomnia, diabetes, asthma, digestive problems, and many of the common conplaints of aging.
Yoga has the potential to relieve the discomfort caused by almost any health problem, the reason for this is that nearly all health problems are complicated by stress and tension, which are readily treated with yoga.
