		<description>I agree with most of this though i dont think you need to drink any water during your run unless you start  running longer than 45 - 50 minutes, but definately agree with the do not increase your running time or distance too quick, you can definately get injured or majorly sick, when i first started running i got up to around five at a time before i stopped, but one day i tried just running 8.5 miles back to my place, i spent the rest of the night puking because it was just too much for me. but other than that great tips here!</description>
