It&#039;s also important to have essentials fats in moderation and some condiments/spices to make the perfect meal. One can have these foods in various forms( fruits  can be taken in salads, deserts : veggies in  soups, salads , Grains : porridge, breakfast meals,  Beans: salads, snacks etc) depending upon their preferences.</description>

It amazes me how often I find people don&#039;t know how to use the top 4 vegetables on your list.  All they need to do is get some Ghee or butter, some chopped garlic, and sautee with collard greens / spinach / kale / swiss chard for an incrediblely tasty side dish!
