No doubt, cycling is a fat burner. A 165-pound man cycling down the road fan an hour at a fairly leisurely 13 miles an hour will burn about 690 calories.

Stationary bikes aren’t bad either. But for many people, traditional riding – either in a gym or on the streets – is about as dry as these statistics.

Do Stomach Exercises Work?

Crunches, sit-ups and other stomach exercises won’t necessarily guarantee that you’ll achieve stomach fat loss. It doesn’t hurt, but just because you do a thousand crunches a day, doesn’t mean that you’ll lose all of the fat around your midsection, and nowhere else.

Women build up their muscles in response to weight training, but it is usually seen in the form of firmness and muscle definition. Very few women can build huge, bulging muscles through a weight training routine, even if they want to.

They don’t have the right hormones. But they’ll increase their health and fitness levels, and look younger!
